Strength can be soft, and stillness can be powerful.
This truth has guided me through over twenty years of practice in martial arts, yoga, Qigong, and breathwork. I began with Kung Fu and Aikido, and today I often practise Iaido, the art of the sword. Qigong captured me so deeply that I became a certified teacher, and breathwork and yoga became daily companions along the way; steady reminders that movement and stillness are two sides of the same path.
But there’s another space where I find joy, I love Greek traditional cooking, and through mindful cooking I explore food as more than nourishment, as a practice of slowing down, sharing, and connecting. Professionally, I’ve spent years in quality management and project coordination, which now help me bring care and structure to retreats so that what feels magical also flows with ease.
Armonía Collective is where all of this comes together: martial arts, Qigong, yoga, breath, and food. It’s a space where we can meet, learn, and discover something new about ourselves, always with lightness, curiosity, and joy.
“The only limiting belief is that we are limitless.”
